Didn't take them off, sprayed in situ.

You are dead right I did spray them on the car but in hindsight with this stuff you are better off removing them.

(Pic 1) Is that stuff the same as plastikote in UK ?

(pic 2) Probably not a good idea to use semtex there !!

Jeremy, someone posted a link for UK availability, I don't know what Plastikote is. I bought it on Spence Street but that's in Cairns, Australia and likley a bit far for you to go...:rofl::rofl:

The yellow stuff is also Plastic-Dip but liquid form not spray, great for covering electrical circuits.

good luck

Z FNQ,

I saw that you used the spray version.

I began searching in the internet for this product and found it in the UK.

My only question is that, in their site, they recomend, even in the spray version, to dilute it.

Can you explain me how you did it?

Thanks in advance

Not sure how you would dilute something in a compressed spray can ?

No mate I did not dilute it. I am not near the can now so I cannot read it but I do not recall it speaking about diluting it. The product is also available in non spray liguid and I know that the instructions on that one talk about diluting if necessary.

But in short you do not have to worry about getting some thinners through that little hole:rofl::rofl::rofl: Just spray it on:hyper::hyper::hyper:

looks like good stuff, well done man

Thanks mate

I'm just gonna buy some.

I think it will save a lot of money.

My car mouldings are still good but they are now starting to worn out.

So if i tke care of them quickly it will avoid a much more expensive operation in the future.

Think i see a group buy happening? :D

I need to respary the whole lot of my rubber as it is faded bad.

it must be a nissan thing Murt lol

Thanks for the positive comments. I cannot take credit for the Plasti-Dip as that was Greavous' idea on the US site. The LEDs are mine though and I am half way through doing the front set for the fenders (or wings as you call them).

Cheers
