i used to like rude wax but m not sure if it still made?

 

other wise i just use colour magic ( Red) and then slick mist, the stuff is great!

1. Deep crystal paint cleaner,

2. Deep crystal polish,

3. Deep Crystal Carnauba wax.

 

Not cheap but lovely finish.

Yep, what he said.

Used to swear by 'mothers' polish, but this stuff is just as good and more

readily available too.

If you really want the 'perfect' job, use a claybar before the 3 stage polish's.

Claybarring a z would take about half a day though!:D

Just another tip. Waxing is only the final stage of the clean. To get the best results you need to spend time prepping the paintwork. Wash, Clay, Polish, Glaze

Am i missing something about super resin? thought that was polish or can you get it in a wax?

No you're right, 'Super Resin' from Autoglym is a polish but that's not to say Autoglym don't make other products including wax =)

i used to swear by meguiars till i used p21 wax, its deeper and glossier, the downside to it is it needs a reapplication every month or so

I use Meguiars 'gold class' liquid wax. no abrasives, goes on easy and buffs easy and dont leave white marks on rubbers.

 

I also use the Tetrosyl paint prep at the start of the summer to really deep clean the paintwork prior to waxing. :D
