Could anyone please recomend a quick easy way to add around 60BHP or more exta to my Jap Auto 90 twin turbo, without make it unreliable?

Read the Exhaust and Intake Tech Sections.

buy what you want and then De Cat if your turbos Seals are still in good condition(this will not make it unreliable - if your seals are split it will simply make it a lot more noticable).

Then go with a decent chip and boost jets to boost to 14psi.

Any spare cash get a Underdrive pulley to.

Best perforamance and reliablity you can get out of the car. + should give you a bit more than 60hp back.

Only way to do it cheaper is to go to the bottle which will no be as reliable and usable.

I would certainly go with wot Nico suggests.

And in addition to Nico's suggestions, if you are going to raise boost I would recommend a chip upgrade just to keep things reliable.

I had an SE one fitted a couple of weeks ago and it has improved my cars driveability. I have lost around 2 mpg so I am now down to 22 mpg on average but it's a small price to pay for a faster Z.

I understand from the people with Auto's if you go too high on hp, it is recommended to upgrade the autobox and/or oil cooler.
