Iain you've fitted an auxilary oil sender gauge.

What sender did you use to screw above the oil filter biggrin.gif as a ford one is too long.

    Harve the Autometer mechanical gauge comes with all fitings,however the thread with that kit is npt,so you have to retap using 8th bsp/t.

    What gauge are you using Harve?.

    The guages are 'SMITHS' in white, the ford sender unit works ok as the milliamps go! But the sender probe is about 10mm to long to get a nice fit in the hole. Where did you get your guage kit from & i'll se if they can do me just the sender.
