Ordering Trim and seat kit - need advice on who to fit it?

I'm going to be ordering a kit to retrim my interior and the seats, I need some advice on who to get to fit it.

 

Any recommendations on good car trimmers? Creech(Croyden)?

 

MAC1, Tony(lack300), KA$H etc any advice?

 

Steve E, have you got a Katskin kit?
