PCV's

I've been looking at this :-

and I still don't know what the actual valve is :confused:

 

My PCV's and hoses were replaced around a year or so ago (can't remember exaclty when LOL it may well have been longer than that :nelson:) cheerZ Duffer's :bow:.

 

The reason I ask is I'm getting some smoke on idle after a run and it's been getting gradually worse and was wondering if the new valves/hoses have become blocked and could be cleaned ? I'm hoping it's not my turbo seals :eek: :x:
