Auto --> Manual. Those who done the conversion. Comments?

I am in the process of converting my Auto to Manual.

But I would like to hear some comments from people who've done the conversion.

Also I want to know if the engine has to be removed for this purpose.

Thanks

What about your level 10 torque converter, do manuals use a torque converter?

Was your auto box upgraded in anyway? (if so I'll buy it!!) biggrin.gif

The Level-10 Converter will be on Sale as soon as I swap to Manual.

That mod drop my times by 0.8 sec in 1/4 mile.

And is the best mod i did for my car in terms of drivability and performance.

The gearbox is in excellent condition.

Is upgraded (like i said) with the converter which is smaller than stock (less weight) and the stall speed is 3200RPMS. When you hit the gas .... then booom

Gearbox looks like new. Car has only

41000Km = 25000 Miles. Serviced when Converter was instaled (6 months ago)

I was planning to sell the gearbox as a separate unit without the Toqrue Converter (cause it cost me 1350 US dollars inc shipping + taxes) but if you want both then we can make a deal.

But at the moment we have to wait for few weeks until the job is finished. When everything is available I'l drop you an email.

So did you get a same standard ZX box for the manual? or something new and sportier?
