Central locking

When locking/unlocking the drivers door with either the key or alarm remote the drivers door un/locks but the passenger door doesn't.

I've checked the fuse in the footwell but thats ok. Any ideas or common faults before i have to remove the door cards?

Thanks - i don't think this is the problem as the car starts and runs fine. I'll check the voltages tomorrow though.

Normally a fuse in footwell

See orginal post - btt

I wait to be corrected but I think the lock systems suffer from dry joints as well as the clocks and windows.

This may be the problem, which is unfortunately a door card off problem.

Try doing a search for dry joints and see what comes up.

Good luck sorting it.

i think coopr SWB is on the right track, try squirting a little WD40 in the locks and around the joining rods.

Athene had the same problem and i think she sorted it with this method
