I was thinking of doing this in july as there's no significant events in the club calender. I was thinking of getting as many people involved as possible from any regions. I'll provide the BBQ and the drink:duffer: if everyone else chips in on the food, If you think this is a go-er then say and i'll get it posted up on the other close regions if not, shoot me down now and i'll think of something else:D

sounds good to me

Its a great idea Gezz, and I would certainly contribute, but I think you may have trouble having a BBQ on the Downs. The local byelaws from what I can remember, do not allow it and I think the Police would intervine. Worth checking tho', and a brilliant idea.

Police check around there 24/7 its a joke, but it would be a really nice day out

No significant events apart from the british GP (first weekend) lol. Sorry just doin what I'm best at - being a twat ;) This bbq, would it be enough to satisfy 100 people @ Z008? We will reimburse you with costs. Obviously we can't afford a sunbed for fungal but i'm sure he can manage for a weekend without :D
