I had a rear puncture a few weeks ago, before the tan hill meet, and now the car has started to sort of wander across the road as if being blown around.

I did have to drive a fair way on the flat before I could find a safe place to stop.

Any ideas what this is likely to be?

Could be a bush or is it more likely to be a rod end.

HICAS still opererating so is it likely to be one of those.

mine is doing this, could be broken anti roll bar link, hicas bushes could be fooked, or your tyre may not be very good and have weakened sides

Tyre side wall is a good shout. Hadn't thought of that. I did have a problem with the valve leaking so the tyre was run at a lower pressure than should have been. When it was sorted they said the tyre was OK but that may not be the case.

So who has a wheel I can borrow to check the tyre out?

Darrell

i do, but i think your best off getting one off someone closer.

I think you should lend me all 4 for ever.

Cheers will go back to the tyre place and give them some grief.

ah its bad is that. Scraping time when they wander about, if not its engine out rear subframe off.. I'll give you £300 cash for it ;)

Good luck sorting it matey!
