At the back of the engine bay on the drivers side there are loads of vacuum lines going to two small square boxes which the loom plug into. One runs to a metal pipe on the plenum on the underside (near the brake cylinder) which then comes out at the back of the plenum near the coolant line for the turbo.

Removed the EGR so it must be redundant, shame found that one of the lines had come off and while I was checking fo possible air leaks - was hoping it was the cause of the 02 sensor issue.

Make sure the line is blanked off it could still be a leak

Will do, assume block the hose that runs to the box/solenoid thing- what ever the hell it's called:confused:?

Look for any hoses just dangling and plug them :)
