Driving endorsement - LC20 ?

Can those in the know tell me in plain english what a driving license endorsement LC20 would mean?

LC20. Driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence

Is what a bit of googling tells me.

Does it mean driving when you dont have a license for that type of vehicle or does it specifially mean what I suspect - Driving while underage ?

driving a vehicle you are not licenced to drive ie: artic, being underage?

It depends when the offence was committed:

LC10 Driving without a licence (replaced by LC20 from 01/12/91)

LC20 Driving while under age. Driving other than in accordance

LC30 Driving after making a false declaration about fitness

LC40 Driving a vehicle having failed to notify a disability

LC50 Driving after a licence has been revoked or refused medical

did you have a provisional licence?

ahh..it was this year so it would be :

LC20 Driving while under age. Driving other than in accordance

I was apparantly convicted of this and DR10 and IN10 in January this year accoridng to the DVLA....see my other thread  Despite never being stopped ever for drink driving and Im way past being underage.

I'm surprised you haven't been pulled over before since you "lost" your license.

I know a couple of people who have been banned over the years and the Police have done checks on them to make sure they aren't still driving.

One of the guys at work got banned for drink driving but didn't tell anyone.

A week later the police walked into the office and asked if we were aware he was using one of the company cars without a licence or insurance.

They had been waiting for him outside his house and followed him to work.

He left the company VERY shortly after!
