another gem from ne of my tennants, got a phone call explaining that the glass window was leaking, thought to myself that he means the actual window frame, got there and the window was full of condensation, he said "look, the water must be seeping through the glass" (it was raining outside), i told the thick headed fooker that it was condensation, he looked at me dumbfounded and said "thought that only happened when you boiled a kettle"
