Richard Smith and myself were talking about him the other day. He seems to have vanished again. He'll be back. :)

he did send me a letter a while back, with the service manual, not sure if i upset him when I emailed him back?

Spray job, I know you'll love the colour:tongue:

Taking out the back seats, putting in 2 15" subs. then 4 12" ones in the boot and as many sets of 6x9's as I can fit in.

dump valves

not sure if i'm putting a kit on it yet as I cant find a front bumper that looks right. Do have a nice rear spoiler for it though

Not surprised he's not talking to you! ;) Especially with the suggestion of dump valves.

not sure I said anything about them,:nelson: didn't want to upset him to much. but thought I'd better tell him before he saw it:rolleyes:

Gio made a real conscious project of making it the tidiest and best looked after stock Z around. I guess he was hoping it would stay that way. I remember seeing it about 3 years ago when I first went to look at mine and he came along to have a route through it. Was a fine example of what is fast becoming a rarity.

The interior has got water damage on it, and I gotta say I aint a big fan of the tweed. And I aint got the money to keep it stock. The after market stuff seems to be a lot cheaper that the original

anyway, I dont think I'd be able to compete with yours!

I don't like tweed either. I don't hate it, it's just very inflattering for what is a pretty flattering car. At this rate, mine will never get finished. :(

Isn't that the point, dont think you ever really finish them. you get it to the standard you were aiming for, then have to do other bits that you noiced while doing it

Well, after the interior and suspension, the only things I am going to do is get some bigger brakes, 555 injectors, JD chip and a boost controller. I really do not want to spend anymore money on upgrades. Maintenance is fine, but I'm bored of pouring money into something that's now seemingly worthless. lol

I aint gonna do a lot to this engine just an apex air filter, and maybe a chip. Don't wanna blow it or the turbos up. would like to get it over the 300bhp mark though

The prices will have to start going up for the good ones, cant be that many left

That's true......

........he is often very busy and may not visit the forum for sometime; but he won't have vanished forever. Check the Z-club as well because he sometimes pops up on the other side.......

Although he may be laying down in a darkened room after hearing what Zairs has planned for "Sylvie M"

Richard:cool:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Poor gio, prided himself on being captain stock, i remember ruining his day at one of the slough meet by pointing out the colour coded bumper insert around the front fogs, so he went and bought a new one!!!

Gio deffo won't be back now that you're planning to fit a catfish to the front. Poor car. :(

I'm sure he'll be happy that its well looked after and aint been wrapped round a tree!! ;)
