manual conversion

just picked up a manual conversion for my auto everthing is quite clear its just the hole in the firewall that iam not sure about as my auto looks like its got a plate that i thibk is welded into place could someone give me any advice in this matter thanks guys and gals:hyper:

    Its just tack welded in 2 places, you just need to pry it off with a screwdriver. Easy to do.
