was just about to say that, you can clearly see the cop car doesn't follow the same line.

Watch it over.. The car cant possibly take an entry to the left and then steer back into the original straight line he was taking before the cop car is facing that way.

 

And I dont see how its only tied at the top as there are pole's holding it down to the ground..

It's the reflection of the lights in a window?
