Urgent Help. Electrics/battery

Right my battery I think is fried. But thats not the question.

 

Have the charger connected and was going to fire the car up and take it for a clean. But although the radio wants to comeon I get a clicking comming from the near drivers side, all the electrics are intermittent with the clicking.

 

Not enough power or is a relay fried?
