Oil pressure gauge = fuel pressure guage ?

Recently (OK about a year ago LOL) I removed a mechanical oil pressure gauge and fitted and electronic one. Can I use the mechanical gauge to monitor fuel pressure ? I have no idea what the fuel pressure is but I think the mechanical gauge goes up to 100PSI. Could I fit under the bonnet somewhere and what would be involved ?

From memory I think the pressures around 40psi? so your gauge is fine. Deff fit under the bonnet, dont run fuel up into the interior:x:

Its just a case of putting a tee fitting into the fuel delivery line. Im not sure if you need special tape, like PTFE tap, thats fuel resistant. The gauge should be fine cause the bourbon tube in the gauge is metal (copper)
