can anyone tell me how to remove the oem fan blade? looking to fit asi rad and electric fan soon.

 

have tried a search but found nothing.

Remove fan shroud, then undo the 4 10mm nuts holding the viscous to the water pump, done :)

when fitting an aftermarket rad and electric fan do you leave the "viscous" part on the pulley or does that also come off?

no take it off. The 4x 10mm nuts andy mentioned remove the entire thing - Fan and viscous part. Then put the nuts back on to hold the pulley on.
