Profile picture upload help

Since the forum has been updated i lost my profile picture and have tried to replace it with no success ...keeps saying file failed,any tips people!

PS Had this problem originally and had help from chunk [i think] he did it for me because the picture was to large to add !!!

    Well have been trying to do this with no luck, i can get a picture up in my user cp but does not appear on the thread:confused:

     

    Any pointers!
