Name the front bumper

Hi, I've been searching and searching for this front bumper. Does anyone know what it is? The unknown bumper

 

Where I can get it from?

 

I know it's not a veilside ec1 or a Strosek made front bumper because of the lines, shape etc.. It's not the only one I've seen either, so it's not custom. Anyway, if anyone could let me know, cheers ;)
