That's where Steve looks after my cars !!

The grey one is owned by a rich geezer who took it to a 'normal' garage when soemthing needed sorting. They took half the engine out, couldn't put it back together, gave him his car and 'bits' back and charged him 4 the privelege !!

Steve took ages to fix it because the guy was very slow at giving him money for work already done.

He also didn't check his oil level after Steve sorted the car and he ran low and did some damage -hence engine is out again !!

 

I've got a good relationship with Steve - I give him wads of cash and he keeps my cars on the road (he's done loads to my 200SX). Reckon he's pretty good with Nissan's and any performance car, but he reckon's Nissan's are one of the worst to work on ! He knows his onions ! Nice guy, too!

 

i was down there this afternoon, one of my mates is having work done on his callibra, he was also saying to me that the zed were a great car until you had to work on them.. but then i think thats something we can all relate too..

and yes he does appear to know his stuff and a nice bloke at that.

What colour is your Z ? I've seen a blue ? one in there before with Strosek conversion. That u ?

What has Steve done to your car ?

nope ive not had anything done to mine and ive necer had any work done by steve, today was the first time ive been down there

Steve has actually said he won't take on any more 300ZX's 'cos he's fed up of people not appreciating the work that has to go into sorting them. Also, their complexity means you can be taking on a lot of trouble and end up with a complaining/unhappy owner etc.

 

He will work on mine though because he knows I appreciate this When my 300 needs serious work (eg. turbo's need reconning) I may look into serious power mods to engine.

 

My 200SX is going there tomorrow (suspected coolant leak).
