Can anyone help me, i went to look at a 200sx for my bro today and there was quite a bit of oil around the lower block part of the engine.

Doesnt look much that... id say it probably isnt terminal, perhaps a cam oil seal or somthing leaking. Only way to see how bad it was is to clean it up and see how much comes back. That might be residual over years and years!
