Window wipers

HELP PLEASE !!!!

 

My front window wipers packed up . A couple of months ago they stayed on all the time, I replaced the motor and everything was fine, After a while they stopped alltogether, I've checked the Fuse cleaned the contact/connector and now I'm lookin for a new motor

Why is this happening ???

Has anyone had the same as me and found the answer
