Just wondered if anyone would have any ideas why my speedo is reading 10mph out, needle sits fine and doesnt feel resistant if moved with a finger

Dont think a speed sensor prob as tried my old clocks from when i bought the car and they work fine...for a short while anyway...lol (dry joints i think)

If anyone's got any UK clocks up for grabs i may be interested :hyper:

cheers

Need bigger wheels n tyres, I use 18" wheels with 265/35/18 and my speedo perfect ;)

have you fitted dial faces and are they jap clocks??

is it consistant up the scale as in its always 10 mph out no matter the speed or does it wander out further/less?

There are a couple of potentiometers built into the speedo for adjustment.

Sounds like this may be the prob as its consistantly out by 10mph through speed range

How/what is the procedure for setting them correct.

thanks Paul
