as bad as it is m8 dont despair you can get rads made in little hulton for £150 it might even be less now as mine was the first he'd made and whats more is its a stronger rad and has better flow.......our man macca can also get stronger rads for quite cheap.........i know it must be maddening when its one thing breaking after another but dont give up when ure so close to finishing it

Sometimes i wonder, but in the end its worth it,

With the money ive thrown at cars in the past 2 years I could have led a very different life,

you have to remember they arn't cars they are passions, if you arn't passionate about a vehicle then you should get a Focus smile.gif

keep with it man, its worth it, i have just spent a small fortune after only just buying it, but its now worth it as i am reaping the rewards of staying with it. I have just repplaced my rad as well, i got a second hand one and had the core replaced for 100 squid, i got a 12 months guarantee and its like a new rad! my roof leaks a bit as well, but some new rubbers should sort that out. this is part and parcel of the cars i think, they are not to be treated as a ford, they need the TLC, but they give you back far maore than any other car will for the money or considerably more. Today, me and the bird went out and had a few people come upto us in the car park asking about the car, great i love it. keep with it bud.

tooley.......you got the contact details for the bloke from little hulton...only upthe road,,,,,,,,,

Cheerz....

Don't let it get you down too much m8ey.

Any performance car costs - actually I guess ours is probably not as extortionate as most.

And they're prettier.

I threw what was (to me) a small fortune at my Nelson until I found this forum and will probably carry on - just spending on different stuff!

And when I replaced the blowing exhaust with a stainless steel one, I thought "at least that's one job I won't have to worry about for 10 years!".

And this evening when I thrash back to Pembroke along welsh country lanes in the bright sunshine heading for a pub listening to the exhaust, I will be grinning from ear to ear and reminding myself how much fun it can be to own a z!

Vroom vroom - Gio

I know that feeling so well.

If I could get everything working at the same time I would sell it! But just as I fix one thing, another goes.

The latest plan is not to drive it, ergo it cannot break!

For sale (soon).

Went to smally cruise at Warrington last night......saw some top motors....all be worth it in the end......

Many thanks

Submarine, my old man had a leaky roof also.

And it was on my side, he soon sorted it by using the stuff you put around baths. Silicone.

I think he put it under the rubber trim. No more leaks.
