i am looking at getting a strut brace for my zed it is a 2+2 model twin turbo i have seen people with the struts in the back aswell as under ther bonnet and was wondering if the could be fitted as i have seats where a 2 seater model doesnt

deffinetley could do with a hoover i diddnt realsie you had to cut them two plastic surrounds wheres the best place to get one from

Not that I can talk - I had one on my J-spec car, too. Though my installation was nowhere near that neat :o

Suggestion for ya mate if your interested. get some black silicone or rubber hosing about 6mm ID. Slice it open down the middle and then use it as edging around the hole you have cut in the plastic surround. Gives it a nice pro finish.. did it on mine and i'll take a photo if i get chance.

I cant take the credit for idea as i saw it somewhere but cant remember where. definately works tho

Incidentally - someone mentioned using vac hose to tidy edges.. NF Auto sell a range of edge trims that have spring steel inners to grip things without falling off:

It's what I used to edge the cut plastics when I fitted the bracing on the '2:
