Omg what's going on???

Just saw it advertised for £19.99

So i was thinking huh?? why is it half price of everything else on the PS3 and Gran Turismo is known as the racing game for the Playstation.

So i looked into it a lil more and only 5 tracks??? What's that all about, omg i will get so bored in minutes with only 5 tracks. what's going on?? they buggered that one up.

Am i missing something?

yeah it sort of a demo so we can experience it before the full release. im goign to buy it but tbh its worth the wait and saving £20. although they could copy warhawk and enable you to download the rest on HD as en expansion. would be cheaper than a disk in total but if your HD buggers up then you will have to download it again. luckily enough when you purchase something from the online store you have a permanent link so you dont pay for anything again. i deleted warhawk by mistake and went into the store and download it for free again. has a record of everything you have purchased .........

they did it with GT4 too. lol there was a guy flogging it (GT5P) on ebay saying how disappointed he was with it and that he completed it after a week and a half  the big fella is due Christmas 08 (read that as middle of 09  )

Few... thank god for that!!

I was going to say that's pretty pants for their leading game. Few....

I wasn't that impressed of the Demo availible via download. Comparing it to the likes of Project Gotham and Fornza the hadling was pants it was over the top beyond realistic and very difficult to make the car go round a corner without hitting the barrier or slidding. Also the reverse and break lights didn't work, hoping that is down to being a demo. I know they are minor details lights but it all is part of the bigger picture. It's the little things that make Fornza like the break disks glowing red when you break. Also no damage?? this day and age all racing games need damage.

apparently the head GT guy has announed there IS damage in the final version, according to Official PS Magazine (as opposed to all the dreamer sites out there  ) and there'll be loads more detail - the brake lights work in GT4 (and IIRC the discs glowed too) so id have thought they will in GT5 - and the GFX in the wing mirrors is shite in Prologue compared to GT5 propor.

I play TDU alot its my fave got bored of Forza and PGR4. Done 25,000 miles on TDU and still love it, but on hold atm as i had the ring of death on my xbox and microsoft are fixing it :(. I was a GT fan went off it after GT4

I've just bought a 32" 100hz HDTV and a PS3 for GTA due next month. :hyper: Grand for one game lol. :x: And it's online this time. :nana2:

cool lets hope for damage :D

I don't know what console to get the cross platform games on, i think games feel and the controls are better on a 360 but the graphics are meant to be better on the PS3.

help.... :D
