Looks like you need Clutch kit and a Stainless Steel Hydraulic clutch line.

I can label the items on the picture, but not till later when I get home if nobody else does before then.

you seem to be missing the metal gearbox bracket that the front of the gearbox bolts up the engine with. There are 2 but 1 of them is different for auto and manual.

I'd also buy a new slave cylinder as they are prone to failing after a yar or 2 of use then getting flushed with new fuid.

You also missing the Vacum tanks that sit in the O/S wing. If you can't get any then PM Chris C and he'll tell you hoe to make a coil chamber that will do the same job.

Thanks for that, out of interest some of the items on the list you have put as not needed? Why are they on the list in the FAQ if not needed, any ideas?

Just that there are differnet ways of doing it. You can replace the 10ft of hydraulic metal pipework with a single 3ft piece of Stainless steel braided hose.

and you dont really need all the extra slave vacumn tank stuff. Its fine without it.

If you have the wiring looms then thats fine, but dont worry if you have'nt as it can be done without replacing loom.

Thanks, I couldn't quite understand why they were on the list, now all I need is a guide? I have seen the one here http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=24760 but not much use. Maybe I'll get Tubz to come round so I can look at his car :hyper:

There is a bracket on the box, black steel with 3 bolt holes each side?

You mean the one at the back of the gearbox ? If so, then no not that one.

Its a L-shape bracket that bolts to the Back of the engine, and the bellhousing of the gearbox bolts up to it. There are 2, one is the same for auto and manual, but 1 is specific for manual only.

You will need a new spigot bush that fits in the crankshaft as the manual box spigot shaft is different from the auto box, and flywheel bolts as the torque converter bolts are also different. Also the rubber boots around the gearlever are attached to a metal plate which screws up into the centre console with 4 screws.
