Just received New gear shift/handbrake gaiters...

...I ordered them from Maciek, who advertises on this forum sometimes.

They only took a week to arrive by post, and are of a good quality leather.

Considering the low cost ($50), I would highly recommend them.

Thanks JEZ!!!!

To all you guys whose shift boot is peeling - leather's the way to go!

If you have a second, please check my website for more information. 300zxboots.hypermart.net.

Anders UK has my ebrake gaiter too, if you need more info - ask him...

Thank you Anders!!! Funny coincidence, I was just replying to JEZs post and I had to leave the computer for a meeting here at the office before I pushed Submit... And presto you were writing your comment at the same time!

Anyway, to all 300ZX.CO.UK people - the $50 SHIPPED TO YOUR HOUSE expires on March 31st. If you need one, now's the time!

Have a great day,

Maciek

Hey Maciek,

Ever think of doing the full interior kits like the guys in the states use ?

That would be top for us UK and European guys.

Hey Nico,

I'm thinking about it but it's a very complex project. As you can image the complexity of starting the boots line doesn't even amount to like 10% of how hard it is to have a full interior line. I'd like to have one though, it's just that I make my living elsewhere and I'm already deprived of any sort of private life...

how did you all pay for the boots? did you all use the pay pal that he offers on the web site. what is the easiest method. cheers "T"......

Hi,

I used Paypal...easy enough to use, once you have opened an account with them.

JEZ

cheers jez im just waiting for a reply from him to let me know if there is any p&p to pay, did you have to pay any. "T"......

No,

The $50.00 price included postage to the UK.

Just finished fitting the gaiters...took ages due to the fact I couldn't remove the gearknob!

I ended up demolishing it with a stanley knife and a pipe wrench...it was well and truly welded to the gear stick!

Found my old alloy/carbon 'Racing' gearknob that I used to have on my Z31, it actually fits quite well...might leave it on permanently.
