What's the std width of a ZX wheelbase, and the width of a widearch ZX in inches please? Thx Lee

Lee, cant help you with your question. But I did have my wide arch zed moved on the back of a recovery truck, when it was sent to Alunox in Wrexham. It fit on the back of the enclosed truck, with the mania wheels I had, but with the spacer removed.

Thanks Barry, just measured my blue ZX and that's 71" at the rear, (has 19" rims with a fairly aggressive offset), but that means there's no way a wide arch ZX will get onto the trailer as the max width on a low loader is 73"... I think a std ZX would be approx 68"... Not good news for me!!

Put space savers on the rear wheels..as long as the sides of the trailer are not to high that will solve the problem. Have had to do that couple of times to get a Widearch on trailer.

Thi is Zogg 's widearch on the back of a low loader without having to resort to the above though.

Offtopic but Zogg's car looks cool, like the choice of wheels :) , The last company that contacted me specialise in single car collections so fingers crossed the car will go straight on!! the wheel's on Zogg's car look very very deep so hopefully if they have a similar size trailer then I won't need to ask Carl to take the wheels off etc...

not sure if this will help, but ive found if my door mirros will fit then so will my wide arches, my door mirrors are a stock fitment, so find out the width of them and you are sorted

from what i can gather, the wide arch kit adds roughly 3 inch width on each rear side, but the wheelbase width would depend on if you have stock or aftermarket alloys.

Put it this way you wont get it through a standard garage door which I think is 7 foot if that helps. i can measure it tommorow for you. Gather you have bought zelda then?

Good move!! :)
