It's time to get the next Welsh meet sorted, we've been a little lacking in this department. I am thinking towards the end of March or early April so everyone has plenty of notice.

 

I know there is a post with locations of members on but can everyone confirm current locations as they do change.

 

Also in the summer I will be organising a BBQ for all and to save trying to find a venue it will be open house at mine!!

prehaps a good idea is for those who come to bring a little something to chuck on the bbq so you dont have to foot all the costs on food etc.. just an idea

Looking to pencil the 1st or 2nd weekend of April for a meet and greet can everyone give me any idea of availability so we can move this forward. :hyper:

 

Thought maybe a pub for a soft drink/maybe food in a centralish location just to get everyone together so we can decide on some things for future meets.

We'll go somewhere that is pretty central to everyone that is coming, I'll give a week or two then see who's coming and work it out unless eveyone wants to head out of town for some A roads.

well i can meet glenn in newport, the reatail park where the cinema and bowling is, cant remember the name of it, but it had the nissan garage on it also.

Probably a Sunday as some people work on Saturdays, the date is still fexible depending on everyone's availability
