Is 5W30 oil right for my engine

Im getting ready to fully service my Zed and have bought the comma 5w30 semi synthetic oil. Is this to thin?? engne has done approx 65 -70 K not sure of previous oil used ect.

    10w40 is manufacturers recommended viscosity

    Definately not.

     

    14W 40 semi synthetic for normal driving with standard turbos or for none turbo.

     

    10w 50 or 60 fully synthetic for uprated turbos and track days.

    i just go to halfords pick up which oil i want, then take a cheap bottle of halfords oil and rip off the lazer label then stick it to the lazer label on the oil im buying, hahah woohoo cheap good oil.... works everytime.
