These chips normally sell for around £200 normally

from a racing company.

Nissan 1990-1994 300zx Twin Turbo Stage 3 Chip

FOR YOUR STAGE 3 300ZX TWIN TURBO

With this chip Your 300zx will put out a staggering 400 BHP at the wheels.

Check out my Awesome feedback...........

I POST WORLDWIDE FOR ONLY £4

All chips are fully tested before release!

You will need a free flow air filter.

A good free flowing exhaust if you can.

440cc injectors........but this chip will work with standard 370cc injectors as long as you dont go mad with the boost, stay at around 14psi boost.......or just tweak your fuel pressure regulator for a tad more fuel.

This chip is mapped to adjust fueling and timing for up to 17 psi boost.

REMEMBER THE STOCK TURBO IS ONLY GOOD FOR 15 PSI TOPS.BUT THIS IS NOT THE LIMIT OF THE CHIP

Rev limiter is raised, and speed limiter is removed on imports.

Engine timing will want to be set at 15 degrees.

Just take your ecu along with your new chip to your local tv or hi-fi repair shop and ask them to solder in a 28 pin socket to take your new chip, ask them to fit the chip for you.....this will cost around £20 total........A racing company will do the same but charge you around £70.

All chips will be very well packed as they are very delicate things.

Thanks for looking!

Sounds like a John D chip etc

I would feel better buying directly from him tho

And they are no where near 200 quid

You will need a socketed ecu too

I thought they sounded far to cheap!!! 400bhp at the wheels???? would you not have to upgrade the fuel pump, injectors ect ect

Fuel pump no, injectors yes.

The ebay add sounds like he knows his stuff

Everything is spot on appart from the 200 quid bit

Definatly not a JD chip. and the guy does NOT know what he is talking about.

There are no 440cc off the shelf injector options for the 300zx , and if it is mapped for such an odd injector size then it will overfuel on the stock 370cc injectors, "tweaking" the Fuel regulator will not work and is not even possible with standard regulator !

You would need much larger turbos to achieve 400 rwhp, which would require different mapping to stock turbos.

Avoid ! Do not buy!

John dixon charges less than £100 for a chip. AndyP and Danny@DTA also have suitable options.

my sentiments exactly

440cc injectors .....

I dont know why you would buy them instead of 555's tho

I think he is talking about increasing the fuel presure when he is talking about the regulator, quite easy to swap for a nismo one etc?

Did'nt realise Venom had released 440cc versions. I doubt anyone has them fitted though.

Yes, he is talking about increasing the fuel pressure, which requires a Aftermarket FPR..but it will mean your running them at 100% constantly and you wont know how much you need to adjust it by, and still dont think it will be able to fuel properly when the ECU is configured for a 440cc fuel duty.

Sounds to me like the guy has experience with chips for other Jap cars (such as 200sx) and has incorrectly adapted it for the 300zx...who knows whats really on the chip.

hi guys ive brought this chip from this seller i paid 20 quid delivered spot on seller but i havnt fitted it yet so dont no if it works, bit worried i might blow the engine up,my mate has got a rolling road and another into electronics so when i pluck up enough courage going to test her first then chip it and put it back on the rolling road to see im going to put the gas analiser in to see if she runs lean as im going to try it with standard injectors, when ive done it il post the results that the best way i can think of testing it,just one thing if she does blow im going to spit my dummy out and i dont want any i told you soz grin rgds jon

  • 1 month later...

Hi I almost bought one last week, (got outbid while I was out !) but have since been put off by other 300zx owners. There doesnt seem tho be alot of confidence in this chip.:nono:

Have you installed it yet ? and if so what was your honest impressions etc.

It's great being able to communicate with others who have the same ideas and those who know more about these mods etc.....

there are [plenty of reputable traders on this site that sell chips that have been tried and tested, no need to buy dodgy ebay chips

AndyP is the man to speak to.

He has the original SE chips and I can vouch for them.

I have an SE chip in mine and she's now up to 406bhp :hyper::hyper:
