Ok today i visited RBS and inquired about the cctv footage, they said they are unable to lease the video to anyone including insurers personel etc. due to rights etc.

so i then rang john chapman and asked him about the footage and he said the same thing, i also told him that tracy had goten hold of the video and that this was unfair. He said this was wrong and shouldnt of happened, he said he will have a look into it.

if she did see the footage is another story, she is prob fibbing.

so looks like its down to the insurers to do their investigating.

yeah I thought she might have been due to the high0risk security alert with it being a bank office. Shes is defo pulling a fast one then, just mention that to the insurers and see what they say. They should be able to deal with it swiftly especially if you got hold of that witness also.
