Changing springs

Guys im gonna change the springs next weekend. Is there any advise you can give me or let me know if I need any special tools?

    only spring clamps as a special tool . oh and possibly a long extension bar just incase of overly tight bolts, thats it really.

    Where can I get the clamp springs from mate? my local auto spares aint got any??
