On boost 5th cylinder stops firing and cat overheat light comes on, at that time I can also smell fuel and it's really strong,

I've checked for leaks but everything's ok. I will also point out that sometimes it runs rough on idle but revs smooth

as soon as pedal is tapped, also when I do boost it the cylinder which stops working will fire back up in 5-10 mins... any eyed dears?

Sounds like a defective coil pack. had this on mine before. Usually unburnt fuel in the cat, causing it to overheat, thus putting the light on.

Try a spare coil pack, or even swapping it to another location and see what happens.
