wiseco piston bore clearance spec??

does anybody know the correct bore clearance for the coated forged wiseco pistons, as i read a while back on tt net there was issues with piston rattle/slap and i mailed wiseco with no reply???? at the moment alll i can find is 0.003" clearance(total)even though they say coated piston need extra clearance (0.001"}but then the noise appears????

but that was back in 2003 so it could a faulty batch/?
