Any suggestions on the best stuff to use for this as i know its going to be a pain but im just about to buy a used plenum so thought id see whats the recommended kit for polishing it up so its uber nice and shiny :)

merlin polishing supplies on ebay mate, they do a good selection of polishing kits and give you basic instructions on polishing hth.

Frost Automotive do a good range , used one to do mine with :dance: :dance:

It,s a dirty and time consuming job , it,s not the polishing that takes time it,s sanding the alloy smooth, starting with coarse grades i used 80grit on a DA sander then used finer grades 120grit , 180 grit and 320 grit before polishing .

The better job of sanding you do the easier the polishing will be :dance:
