Revs down before it goes up

why is it when i blip the throttle at idle it first goes slighty lower in revs then up the revs like a slight hesitation? really annoying. im sure this has something to do with my dodgy idle at cold starts.

Mine did the same, I changed the ECU temp sensor and it seems to have cured it. Think it only cost about £10.

Hesitation. Lots of possible causes - Dirty throttle valves, throttle valves not equally aligned, Vacumn leak, incorrect timing, poor fueling (temp sender, fuel pressure regulator) ...etc
