IF you are going to change your ptu for any reason I would strongly suggest upgrading to a series 2 ptu.

Both Series 1 and 2 ptu's can be used on any model 300zx whether NA, TT, LWB, SWB, Import, UK, USA, AUS etc etc.

Check all the injectors and coil packs for corrosion, then check that you are getting spark on all 6, process of elimination

tried again tonight ,on one of the pistons the connector was a bit loose ,silly cos i try it so many times but i end up bending the pins inside the connector and it worked and on the other piston i could see that the injector is a different color so is been changed before,we took the injector out and two of the gaskets inside were gonne, tomorrow we gonne change the injector and the gasket and will see if thats the problem

Have you checked the injectors are all firing befor eyou strip them out ?.

With the ignition on but engine not running rotate the CAS and listen for the clicks on each injector
