garage for hire?

does anyone know of a garage/unit/lockup that's for hire in the northwest uk region?

 

I need a place with a crane or winch.

 

I'll only need it for a weekend to pull my engine and fix an oil and manifold leak.

 

I'm sick of waiting for a mate to clear his unit up.
