Castle Combe Spring Action Day

Saturday 19th April 2008

 

If its road legal, has four wheels and an engine chances are it will be eligible for our Performance Car Action Day.

 

Displays from some of the largest performance clubs, stands with lots of tuning parts and accessories and you have the reason why this day is so popular. Look out for trophies for the best car and best club stand of the show.

 

Open to anyone with a suitable car and current driving licence.

Your car will be on display at the 300zx.co.uk Club stand and 15min Track time sessions are available on the 1.85 mile Race track.

 

You do not have to put your car on the Track if you do not wish to.

 

Exact prices tba - But around £20 per track session and £7 entry per person.

As a club we are allocated 12 Free admission passes and we can purchase a Pack of 6 track sessions for a discounted price of £100. Extra admission passes are £8 each and track time is £20 I will use the discounts to bring down the overall price for those that have put their name down.

Hi Ian, I'll have further details on Times and Entrance gates..etc once we've sorted payment with the organisers and they send the tickets...etc

 

Track time starts from 9am. Attendance of Driver briefing required before track sessions.

 

At lest 6 of the Track sessions will need to be between 9am and 11am, but the remaining tickets can be scheduled for throughout the day.

 

Im hoping to be able to organise it so that we get everyone in the club who wants to go out on the track for at least 1 sessions together, then extra sessions can be taken with other cars on the track.

Would prefer later in the day for my track session and would be nice to be in the z group:)I have 3 sessions booked(I think), ones for me others for Dave and rich.

Also, any of the Gloucester crew attending this?

6x Track sessions - 10:15am

6x Track sessiosn - 11:45am

Wont be able to please everyone with the track times, but let me know if you have a preference. Obviously those with 2 sessions booked with have a slot in both sessions.
