Happened to be listening to Cypress Hill Black Sunday album and i know the sample from the song "hits from the bong" from somewhere but even after trawling though most of the songs on my ipod i still cant figure it out. Recognise it so clearly and it is on the tip of my tongue on which song also uses it.

 

googled too but that didnt help.

 

any chance any of you guys happen to have that nugget of information in your brain box???????

GOT IT!! It is "son of a preacher man" by dusty springfield. Although not a big dusty fan that song is on pulp fiction which i have watched a couple of hundred times which must be why it seems so familiar.

not too bad mate. How is Ealing? Might be moving that way myself as me and the missus are buying our first place and have found a flat we like in Warwick Road in Ealing between Thames Valley Uni and Ealing Common.

Ealings good thanks, im up near the Cricket Pitch, running paralel with hanger lane. I would recomend it as a place to buy, its definately up and coming, wtill has pubs that aren't gastro's and a fairly good town centre.

 

Soon as i get my car running we'll have to try a proper thrash around!!

they are building some mega modern shopping centre from the where HMV is right over to the end of that strip oppsite the townhouse and going back to haven green but it wont be ready until 2012.

 

sorry again from the nutsness of this thread, my collegues say i was looking a bit of a sight this morning humming and rocking in my chair as stared maniacally at my ipod clicking the skip button! I think i have found a pretty good deal that is now agreed in principle but if i email you our details and the details of the best quote we have got so far will you be able to run it through your computer just to see if there is something better out there?

Nope it wont be on the Councils info but i'll try and find out the developers name, they're building new homes too btw

wow that looks mad James!! I understood it would be more shops that appartments so that is a bit of a bummer. But like you say it is all up the air so could change but i reckon that the broadway could do with a bit of a modernising shake up.
