Just had Tein and EDFC fitted to my baby....in order to get the most out of it, what settings should I put for normal everyday use, track and motorway cruisin?

which Tein product have you got?

im running the RA's with the settings a couple of clicks past centre toward hard. its a bit bumpy but makes for good hard fast cornering.

if you have just fitted them, run them in nearer the soft setting for a fair few mile (i took mine to Holland and back). then adjust acording to personal preference.

Looking at your other thread - you have the Superstreets ? They are quite a bit softer than the Flex's and RA's, so may be a case of trial and error really and your own personal preference.

 

Start mid way for and go from there.
