what do you's lot take to work for ya lunch, im sick of sarnies all the time and im sure all the bread dont help my IBS, have recently started to take salads and pasta's but i get sick of eating them aswell

 

any ideas on what i can take next

I`m the same , Alan . Also I lose concentration , and eventually get trembly .

I`m a fuel-guzzler , but I`m a skinny fooker . People generally hate me for that :rofl: I put it down to a fast metabolism , and the stress of worrying about the world ;)

ive got tuna mayonaise (weight wathcers) spring onion and pasta, one fruit corner youghurt and a small diet coke for tomorrow bait, be wheatabix for my brekkie, slamon salad for tea
