Hi can anyone help please? Just got back from holiday so car been stood for 2 weeks and the battery has gone flat,problem is the remote central locking now wont open the door. The car has been de locked so i cant get in to charge the battery up!!! Any ideas???

Only option is to jack the car up and use jump leads - positive goes to the THICK wire bolted to the back of the starter, and the negative to a good earth on the engine/gearbox...

Didnt want to leave handbrake on for 2 weeks so left it in gear though

Yes but once you have the battery on the remote unlock will work ;) The starter won't turn over if you give it power to the big feed ;)

Just be carefull you don't short that starter feed to the body or sparks will fly lol
