Well usually this kind of thing happens when the police are chasing a stolen vehicle and guess who gets the blame.... No police this time though :wack:

 

Funniest thing is Wade Hall estate where the bike was stolen from is Leyland's anwser to Manchester's Moss Side. Very low employment, mostly drug dealers, so the person who's bike it was is probably going to go and do all of society a favour and disconnect the life support machine.... What a shame...

sounds harsh but that's justice. if he hadnt been joyriding that bike he'd be on his feet today (then again, is that a good thing). hope he learns his lessson.

he will probably get a compo claim, after all the owner of the bike had not adhered to his duty of care to keep his dangerous machinery away from potential theft, resulting in danger!
