new wheels, offset help...?

Just bought some wheels tonight, however, i am not sure whether they will fit or not, or whether i can get away with spacers if they dont...

 

the rears are; 265, 35, 18 with an offset of 38...

 

the fronts are; 235, 40 18 with an offset of 52...

 

i think the rears will fit, the fronts i am not to sure about, any advise please...

    The rears will be fine.

    what is the best way to get them to fit? do i have to replace the pins for longer ones if i fit spacers, or can i buy some sort of spacer with pins on it?
