i have a thorn in my side!! not going to preach lol but I have my fantastic mx6 2.5 v6 24valve up for sale and not even 1 bite????

Been out in her today and it really is an amazing solid car, really quick, and an exhurst note to die for but no body has even given me an offer??? its in loot today and again not 1 bite......... has anyone got any idea's on how to get people interested??? ive spent a fortune on this car and it needs to go by next sat. its near perfect, and worth every penny of the £1195 asking price. To me its worth £1800 all day. So any advice is welcome.

where else have you been advertising it ? Ebay has pretty much killed of loot, trade it, freeads..etc ...but ebay is generally for bargain basement shoppers.

Autotrader and Pistonheads are the best bet.

autotrader. Put it in pistonheads but again its for people wanting cars for peanuts!

really? IMO cars in pistonheads fetch a lot more money than anywhere else.

3 cars iv put on pistonheads hardly a sniff!

3 car on autotrader sold within one week!! all of them, so IMO its a better choice, however its free so who can winge :D

I agree with you there, most things overpriced on piston heads...

The problem is that its a big car with a large engine that doesnt have much prestige so its market value is low, much lower than the value it holds to you.

Just the way the market is, end of the day for £1200 you could get a faily nice e36 325i (even a coupe!) or a v6 audi a4, and no offence i know which id rather buy. :)

i understand what your saying no offence taken ive owned both 325i (non coupe) and a4 and niether of them compares to this believe it or not. But i know there not seen as being as well built as the formentioned. lol i was gobsmacked with it, just have no idea why they had it as a fwd tho, apart from my first zed this is the best car i have ever owned. And the list is long. So it is a little annoying that no-one is biting.

market has fallen on these , you can pic em up for peanuts now, seen one recently that went for less than 700 notes and it was a solid car

i loved mine too so i know what you mean but there was always something nagging at me and that was the fact it was FWD. Lovely cars though. Hope you get what you want in the end.

Autotrader is surely the best place.

Exchange and Mart are now doing a deal for £5. You take a pic on your phone and text it to a specified number. You include the reg number, mileage and price in your text and they do the rest - they get the car details from the reg number. Easy.......probably

I may give it a go with my daily driver if the dealers offer peanuts for a p/x against my new car...................

Richard ;)

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:
